Top Class International Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) trading as Great South Coast Migration is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), Victorian privacy laws, and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct (as set out in Schedule 2 of the Migration Agents Regulations 1998).

6. Cross-Border Disclosure
